FORGEIN AFFAIRS: I’m Big in Japan

I may not have done a good enough job to mention this, but it’s true. (sorta) –  I actually do, do a lot of work in Japan  — In 2008, I lived in Tokyo for a month and while there I spent a great deal of time working with Escalator Records: a record shop, label of superb international talent and very cool Cafe, located in the hip Harakuju district.  I did an art show at there, as well as a mural, and began a working with my friend Haruka Naka (operator at escalator)to hook up with some Japanese Fashion designers, and magazines. I even designed a sucker. —Because I don’t make the trip to Tokyo all to often, I hadn’t actually been seeing any of the stuff that was being made with my work.
